Refund Policy

Within 14 days

If a Songcase membership is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you get it back in full. No questions asked.

After that

You can cancel at any time and your membership keeps working until the end of the period you paid for; that period is not refunded. If something is broken and we cannot fix it, write to us and we will make it right.

How

Write to support@songcase.app with the email you paid with. Refunds are made by Creem (creem.io), our merchant of record, to the way you paid, usually within a few days. A refunded subscription ends straight away.

Lucid Lab Pro

For the people using our Mac app: Lucid Lab Pro starts with 14 days free, and cancelling before day 14 means you are never charged. After that, ask within 14 days of any payment (your first one or a renewal) for a full refund.
